What a season for yoga in Goa!
And just like that, the yoga in Goa season at Palm Trees Yoga Resort came to a close. In 6 months, we hosted three 200 hour and two 300 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings – certifying 23 yoga peeps. Alongside this, our Yoga Retreat game was strong and our feedback from guests has been incredible.
If you have joined us this season for yoga, we send our heartfelt thanks for choosing to stay with us. The hard work pays off knowing that our guests were happy and had an awesome time at the resort. We have hosted yogis from all corners of the globe. All with the collective objective of enjoying yoga in the holiday environment of South Goa.
What’s next for Julia & George?
I will leave this week to catch up with Helen, Kate and The Liverpool Yoga Academy. Then, George will follow me to the UK in a month or so. We will hang out with me and my family. We have both worked incredibly hard this season and are due a well deserved break. George and I thank our fabulous team for the upkeep of the resort. We thank the awesome teachers who supported us throughout. We really did/do have the dream team.
What’s happening next season?
Next season is going to be bigger and better with a second yoga space, spa facilities and a couple of new riverside cottages. We have an Ayurvedic Retreat and Yin Teacher Training in the pipeline too. It promises to be a bumper season…and we are already taking bookings for Christmas and next season’s Yoga Teacher Trainings.
Let’s keep in touch throughout the summer months!
And so, in an attempt to keep in touch with you all, I will be teaching online during the summer months. Zoom was well and truly deleted from my laptop following our release from the lockdown period. I am ready to reconnect with my technology and hope to see some of your beautiful faces on my screen. Details coming soon.
Big love from Goa, Liverpool – I am coming for you!
Julia and The Palm Trees Team
