Terms and Conditions

For accommodation, we will need a 50% deposit to secure your booking through Stripe. Cottages are subject to 5% GST (18% for cottages over 7500 INR.)

For Yoga Holidays and Yoga Teacher Training, you will need to pay 199 euros through Stripe to secure your place.

The balance is due on arrival at check in. International card payments are subject to a 4% fee. The balance can be paid via Stripe, Wise transfer or cash. We accept Indian Rupees, pounds, euros and dollars.

We will offer a refund on accommodation bookings up to 30 days beforehand. After this, deposits are transferable within a year of the check in date. Any international refunds will be subject to a 5% admin charge.

For Yoga Holidays and Yoga Teacher Training, deposits are non-refundable but transferable within a year of the check in date.

We may offer last minute discounts on accommodation. This will not affect the paid the amount or balance owed and no discount will be offered.

Check-in time is 3.00pm and check-out time is strictly 11.00am. As per government directives it is mandatory for all the in-house guests to show the Photo ID proof when they check-in. Foreign guests will need an e-tourist visa to enter India.

Palm Trees sits within Patnem village. In general, it is a really quiet place to stay. However, please be aware of local festivals and the wedding season when it is a little noisier than usual.
