Got questions about doing your Yoga Teacher Training? We’ve got you 🌴✨

What if I’m not flexible? You don’t need to be - that is something you can work on whilst you’re here 😄 Yoga isn’t about touching your toes, it’s about what you learn on the way down. You’ll build strength, mobility and confidence as you go.

Can I teach yoga after the course? Yes - that’s the whole point 💛 Our 200HR YTTC is designed to give you the tools, confidence and real teaching practice to step into leading classes.

Not sure if you actually want to teach yoga? That’s completely okay 🌿 Many people join to deepen their practice and learn more about yoga - teaching is just one of the paths that can come from it.

Feeling nervous about coming alone?
You wouldn’t be the only one 🤍
A lot of our guests are solo travellers (many of them female), and Palm Trees has been established in the area for many years. It’s a safe, welcoming space where people quickly feel at home, and no one stays a stranger for long 🫶🏼

What’s a typical day like? A full but balanced schedule designed to support your practice and learning ✨
7:00am — Ashtanga or Vinyasa Flow 8:45am — Pranayama / Breathwork 9:30am — Breakfast 10:30am — Anatomy & Alignment 1:15pm — Lunch 2:45pm — Ayurveda or Teaching Methodology 4:15pm — Tea, juice & fruit 4:30pm — Technical Workshop or Yin Yoga
