Ayurveda Retreat Goa

We are delighted to offer this Ayurveda Retreat in Goa. Palm Trees Ayurvedic Heritage, as the name would suggest, brings to you India’s heritage: the practice of Ayurveda. A wellness retreat in Goa, our resort has everything that you need to find balance and reconnect with your true inner self. With our onsite Ayurvedic spa facilities, daily treatments and pamper will leave you feeling rested and rejuvenated. Guests will have access to our daily yoga class schedule. As we are just a 10-minute walk from nearby Patnem beach, we can help you create a schedule of treatments, yoga, beach time and rest, all tailored to your holiday needs.

Our Ayurvedic spa is situated at the heart of the resort. We have an onsite team of therapists to provide all that you need. The week will start with an initial consultation to determine your dosha or body type. Ayurveda is all about finding balance with your true self. Our Ayurvedic doctor will guide you to the right treatments, giving diet and lifestyle advice for you to take home with you. The package will include daily treatments/massage. You can plan treatment times with your therapist to suit your holiday plans. The aim is for you to fully unwind, a week of Ayurvedic pamper and self-love.

The Ayurveda Retreat Goa will include Keralan-style Abyangam massage,
Shirodhara and an Ayurvedic facial.

The benefits of our treatments include stress relief, detoxification, increased circulation and relaxation.  All treatments are given in support of pamper and luxury. Guests will be truly spoilt by our therapists. We invite guests to try our Royal Signature massage, a combination of Ayurvedic and Swedish massage to rid the body of muscle tension to feel completely rejuvenated. Details of all our treatments can be found on our treatments page.

This retreat invites guests to join our yoga classes. The Ayurvedic retreat runs alongside our yoga retreat and daily yoga classes are included. The yoga schedule runs throughout the day with meditation classes also. Whether you are new to yoga or an advanced practitioner, Palm Trees Yoga School, welcomes you. Yoga plays a huge role in an Ayurvedic lifestyle and you can choose your classes and the intensity of the practice. The yoga school is managed by Julia.

The yoga space is located just across the river and is situated amongst the shade of the palm trees. The morning practice of yoga and meditation really allows guests to enjoy the tranquillity of the surrounding area with emphasis on enjoying the sounds of local nature. The yoga space remains shaded and tranquil throughout the day, a perfect place to connect with your inner-self. Classes range from active Vinyasa Flow, slower paced Hatha and passive Yin Yoga. You can find details of all classes on our yoga retreat page.

Breakfast is included in the package and is served in our onsite riverview restaurant. Our restaurant serves South Indian food and European cuisine throughout the day. You are welcome to dine in our restaurant for your evening meal or visit the nearby restaurants on Patnem and Palolem Beach.

Accommodation is provided with private and twin share options. All cottages have a private bathroom and a terrace. Cottages are eco-style Keralan cottages made from palm leaves, designed to provide a cool environment for you to enjoy.
